Why does AQTIS charge 300 tokens for access to price signals?

The 300 $AQTIS is the cost per signal on the protocol level. It can be viewed similarly to how the Ethereum Foundation has to pay for gas fees. AQTIS will have to pay 300 $AQTIS (this amount will change according to token price) for each signal generated, which will be paid from the buybacks from the quant tech.
