Why has AQTIS capped the TVL?

The decision to cap TVL is based on what provides the most efficient way to serve users and maintain yield performance.

While some projects allow TVL to grow, it creates bottlenecks around how much of the TVL can be used to generate yield and how much has to be held back to facilitate liquidity.
