How does the yield work?

QSD accrues its yield from the AQTIS ecosystem. The APR for QSD sits in a smart contract, and automatically adjusts to maintain the yield. The yield itself is backed by the yield generated in our quant tech. That means revenue generated by our quant strategies, helps AQTIS LSTs achieve its hard-coded annual yield.

The yield is standardized at 15% APY to give holders peace of mind. Whenever excess yield is generated, it is used to buy back AQTIS tokens from the open market, and transfer them to our insurance fund, called the Ecosystem Liquidity Insurance Fund or ELIF for short.
