QRT yield explained
While the yield for QRT is set at 17.5%, the actual value of that yield can fluctuate due to its unique price and distribution mechanism.
Example:
At launch, 10 million QRT tokens are minted at a price of $10 USD per token. With an APY of 17.5% across ETH, USDC, and AQTIS, this translates to $15 million USD in ETH and USDC allocated as rewards to QRT holders each year.
If 90% of these tokens (or 9 million QRT) are minted by users but then swapped back into the liquidity pool, the remaining 10% of token holders would be eligible to claim a larger share of the $15 million in rewards. This is due to the reduced number of participants.
In Summary:
QRT is engineered to consistently deliver rewards, regardless of fluctuations in user participation. As users exit the token, the yield is distributed among a smaller pool of remaining holders. This means that even if the QRT token price decreases, the remaining holders can benefit from a higher effective yield due to the concentrated distribution of rewards.
In other words, the rewards persist—no matter the market conditions or user base size.
